We follow the special procedure of inspection, plus the undertaking of judicial proceedings against political administrative sanctions (apprehension of goods, declaration of inaptitude of CNPJ, application of loss penalty, demand of customs pledge) and the solution of conflicts in the international transportation of goods (inconsistency in the filling of the Bill of Lading, defence and charge of demurrage.
