We stand out in the area of Environmental law both in preventive character and administrative dispute, and/ or judicial disputes. We act in civil and criminal proceedings, civil public lawsuit, and environmental audit, among others.

We coordinate the obtainment and renovation of environmental licences, taking care of the juridical aspects of the study of environmental impact (EIA/ RIMA), with participation in public hearing, negotiations with governmental and nongovernmental organizations, elaboration of studies about activities in protected areas. We have a multitask team for these purposes, and for the elaboration of judicial opinion about the acquisition and usage of a real estate.
